The first families moved in during the third month of construction. Today more than 200 families live in the house section, and the apartment buildings are being settled.
Arin Berd is second in Armenia by area and first by individual offer. Every family can choose what suits them: an apartment, a stone, wooden or metal modular house, or a plot for a house of their own design.
Along with the homes we develop the roads, utilities, green areas and services. They say few districts on the planet get built and settled this fast.
